Number five on our list is WWF SummerSlam 1988 which took place on Sunday, August 29th, 1988 at Madison Square Garden in New York, New York featuring The Mega Powers (Hulk Hogan & Randy ‘Macho Man’ Savage) defeating The Mega Bucks (Andre the Giant & ‘The Million Dollar Man’ Ted DiBiase) featuring Jesse ‘The Body’ Ventura as the Special Guest Referee in the Main Event.
Of the ten matches that took place that night, our match of the night goes to The Ultimate Warrior defeating The Honky Tonk Man to win his first Intercontinental Championship.
